Go Hard or Go Home Now.

Trying out the "fitblr" scene - I've been following many others & decided that I would offer up my very limited knowledge on the subject of staying fit & motivating/inspiring others. Here's my journey.

Website Template Giveaway!

So for this giveaway I am going to be giving away one of my new fullscreen website templates for photographers.  A $100 value - for freeeeeeeee.

Here are some details for the template :

The template works in Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and, Internet Explorer 8 and 9(ewwie). Not only does it work on your computer, but also on all your mobile devices including the Android, iPhone, and iPad.

With this template, you are able to display up to 8 galleries full of photographs, up to 3 social links to direct your viewer to other work, and the ability to add an in-depth biography with a photo.

You’ll be able to change a variety of elements in the template to make it your own. These things include:

  • Custom font for your name from Google Fonts
  • Choosing your own font colors for the links, their hover color as well as it’s active color.

Adding your images is as simple as adding it to a folder that has your gallery name. Example? Let’s say your gallery is named “Dreams”. Create a folder called “dreams” and add those gallery images to that folder. Upload it. You’re done. SIMPLE.

You will need your own hosting plan and domain name. You can get both of these from companies like GoDaddy.com and Netfirms.com. I offer hosting for $18 a year if you are interested. I will help you set it all up and link it with your domain name.

Want it?  Simple, all you need to do is:

Why do you have to like my Facebook Page?  Well, I’ll be choosing the winner from those who liked my page.  No need to follow me on Tumblr.  I’ll be throwing many many giveaways from both Tumblr and Facebook!

So, I guess this is it.  Go enter and good luck!  I’ll be choosing the winner Wednesday, February 15th at some random time, probably after I am done owning in BF3.  Cool story bro.

Oh damn, you should all enter this.  Just sayyyinnn’

Hollaaaaa.

So, I’ve been following tons of fitblr tumblr’s as well as reblogging lots of inspo for us to flip through later, now today I just wanted to post something I did as a quick workout before a full day of studying for my NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) test later this summer.

I struggle with a severe case of tendinosis (which is basically chronic tendinitis) in my left knee, and today I knew that any sort of pounding activity (such as a quick run or some random squat lunges in the living room) weren’t going to cut it.

SO! On that [unhappy] note, I just finished a little round of ab work from those lovely ladies.

I wanted something quick, something to speed up the heart rate, something to target my abs (gotta work them bad boys out often) and something that would not bother the knee. Viola! Enjoy it. I might put in a round of pushups to complete that little mini-workout. At least until tomorrow’s session that will have to be double intense at the gym.
